Why does my toilet keep running? +
Usually a worn flapper or fill valve. It's a quick, inexpensive fix, and it stops the sound and the water waste the same visit.
Can you replace parts instead of the whole toilet? +
Yes. Fill valves, flush valves, flappers, wax seals, supply lines and angle stops. If a repair makes sense, that's what we recommend.
How long does a toilet installation take? +
Usually one to two hours, including removing and hauling away the old unit and setting the new one with a fresh seal.
My toilet clogs all the time. Do I need a new one? +
Not always. Sometimes the problem is the drain line, not the toilet. We check the line first, so you don't buy a toilet you didn't need.
Do you haul away the old toilet? +
